Key Responsibilities: 1. Create and develop creative concepts for videos and audiovisual pieces. 2. Script and structure visually engaging stories with a clear message. 3. Research audiovisual trends to innovate in every production. Main Responsibilities \* Plan and develop creative concepts for videos, reels, and audiovisual pieces tailored to each platform. \* Script and structure visual stories, ensuring a clear, compelling message aligned with communication objectives. \* Shoot and direct audiovisual productions, managing camera, sound, lighting, and set design. \* Edit videos using professional tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or CapCut, applying effects, animations, music, and subtitles. \* Design and adapt complementary graphic assets for videos (thumbnails, banners, visuals for reels, etc.) using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. \* Optimize content for different formats and platforms (vertical, square, horizontal). \* Maintain a consistent visual identity aligned with the brand, carefully managing style, colors, typography, and tone. \* Research audiovisual trends and editing styles to innovate in every production. \* Organize and manage multimedia files (resource library, recorded footage, music, logos, templates). Requirements \- Education: Technical or university degree in Audiovisual Communication, Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields. \- Experience: Minimum 2 years in audiovisual content production and editing. \- Knowledge and tools: Video editing: Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut. \- Graphic design: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva. Basic video lighting, framing, and photography. \- Adaptation of content to various digital formats.
