Position Summary: We are seeking a creative and dynamic Audiovisual Marketing Assistant to create, produce, and edit audiovisual content aligned with the brand strategy, possessing both technical and creative skills, and willingness to appear on camera. Dynamic environment with opportunities to innovate and propose strategies At Científica Consultores, we are looking for a creative, dynamic, and proactive Audiovisual Marketing Assistant responsible for creating, producing, and editing audiovisual content aligned with the brand strategy. We seek a candidate with both technical and creative abilities, and willingness to appear on camera. **Main Responsibilities:** * Draft scripts for audiovisual content recording. * Record videos using audiovisual equipment. * Professionally edit videos for various digital platforms (social media and website). * Manage pre-production and post-production of audiovisual content. * Propose and execute audiovisual content strategies aimed at increasing community engagement and follower growth. * Ensure content adheres to the brand’s identity, voice, and image. * Appear in videos as the company’s representative when required. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Degree in Audiovisual Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. * Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or others). * Knowledge of social media content creation. * Strong communication skills and comfort appearing on camera. * Creativity, proactivity, and ability to work collaboratively. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in similar roles. * Familiarity with digital trends and content marketing. * Basic knowledge of photography and recording equipment. **We Offer:** * Fixed-term employment contract on payroll * Pleasant work environment * Continuous training on new platforms and tools * Dynamic environment with opportunities to innovate and propose strategies Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
