After-Sales Architect

Position Summary: We are seeking an Architect to review, hand over, and manage after-sales follow-up for apartments, coordinate corrective works, and address construction-related observations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Review and handover of apartments according to approved plans and finish schedules 2. Management of real estate after-sales services and handling of observations 3. Coordination and supervision of corrective works Requirements * Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Architecture. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions within the real estate, construction, or multifamily building sectors. * Experience in apartment handover processes and real estate after-sales service management. * Experience in supervision of finishes and handling of construction observations. * Knowledge of construction processes and building finishes. * Real estate after-sales service management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Main Responsibilities * Review, receive, and hand over apartments in accordance with approved plans and each client's finish schedule. * Respond to technical inquiries and questions related to architectural and construction aspects of the properties. * Timely address observations and requests from property owners regarding delivered units and common areas of the buildings. * Coordinate, execute, and supervise corrective works arising from after-sales observations. * Monitor compliance with scheduled works and ensure adherence to agreed timelines with clients. * Review project technical documentation and the Quality Dossier prior to handover. * Review and validate Owner's Manuals. * Prepare management, follow-up, and closure reports for after-sales observations. * Manage and monitor the payment process for invoices related to after-sales services. * Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments for the execution of corrective works. * Maintain up-to-date records and controls for the after-sales department. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
