Possibility to implement and propose improvements to the workflow. **Job Offer: Architect / Bachelor in Architecture or Civil Engineering / Bachelor** **Company: Dcbarron.arch** **Location: Southern area of Lima (preferably Chorrillos, Surco, Barranco)** **Age: 22\-32 years old** **Gender: Not specified** **Job Description:** Dcbarron.arch, an architecture service provider specializing in rendering, video production, and audiovisual material creation for sales of renovations, additions, new construction, and repairs, seeks an architect or bachelor in architecture passionate about their profession and demonstrating proven skills in REVIT and efficient work methodologies. **Requirements:** * Advanced proficiency in Revit: * MEP * Architecture * Structures (past projects and certificates) * Experience with Enscape, Schedules \& Quantities in Revit, and knowledge of BIM methodology. * Demonstrable academic background (certificate) or interior design projects completed in Revit. * Passionate about architecture. * Intermediate/Advanced English. * Residing in the southern area of Lima, preferably Chorrillos, Surco, or Barranco. * Availability starting April 15. **Core Principles:** * Accountability for self-defined timelines (e.g., if you estimate a task will take 2 hours, it must be completed within that timeframe) * Possession of required work tools (Revit, families, textures, instruments, templates) * Effective, prompt, and fluent communication. * Architectural creativity and process innovation. * Attention to detail, meticulous and accurate work in Revit. **Responsibilities:** **Primary** * **Obtain construction proformas from various subcontractors (from the provided list).** * **Coordinate with various professionals to resolve plan observations and secure construction permits.** * **Maintain project organization and update daily.** * **Develop project construction schedules.** **Secondary:** * Achieve office-set targets (related to delivery timelines for key deliverables) * Support current studio projects underway in Revit. * Create architectural details in Revit. * Develop new Revit templates tailored for different municipalities. * Improve existing drawings. * Gradually implement improved methodologies into the company’s workflow. **Administrative:** * Complete the corresponding Timesheet daily. * Fill out Daily Logs documenting work progress (as applicable) * Maintain appropriate, visible, and organized project management. * Complete weekly and monthly KPI (Key Performance Indicator) forms. **Benefits:** * **Professional Development:** * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company. * Participation in innovative projects. * Possibility to implement and propose improvements to the workflow. **Application:** If you meet the requirements and are interested in joining our team, please send your CV and portfolio of work to officebarron.arch@gmail.com.
