End-to-end management of the commercial process **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or having completed technical or university studies in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Strong written communication and drafting skills. * Prior experience in the construction, industrial, or commercial sector is desirable. * Familiarity with CRM systems and commercial management tools is desirable. * Valid driver's license. **Responsibilities** * Acquire and develop new clients to expand the commercial portfolio and achieve sales targets. * Identify business opportunities, construction projects, and commercial requirements at early stages. * Analyze client needs and coordinate proposal development with the technical department. * Conduct commercial visits, product presentations, and continuous follow-up on business opportunities. * Manage the commercial process from prospecting through to sales and/or rental closure. * Coordinate delivery, installation, and acceptance of equipment, materials, or solutions related to projects. * Monitor invoicing, document acceptance, and collections. * Maintain long-term commercial relationships with existing and prospective clients. * Update commercial information in the company’s management systems. * Propose improvements to commercial processes and customer service. **Benefits** * Fixed monthly salary of S/ 3,000. * Commissions of 2% on sales and 3% on rentals. * Formal employment under the General Regime. * Work location: Cieneguilla. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Mobility expense reimbursement (with supporting documentation). * Corporate mobile phone. * Corporate laptop. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Participation in national-level construction sector projects.
