Problem-solving and effective coordination in high-demand environments. **CIVIL ENGINEER – PLANNING AND CONSTRUCTION CONTROL MANAGER** A construction services company is seeking a Civil Engineer for planning, control, and execution of construction projects. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Planning and control of schedules using lookahead and weekly PPC tracking. * Implementation of the Last Planner System. * Progress, cost, and valuation control. * Identification of constraints and early anticipation of issues. * On-site supervision and coordination. * Resolution of technical and operational problems on site. * Reprogramming of activities based on actual progress. * Coordination with clients and suppliers. * Project closeout: resolution of observations and compilation of quality documentation. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer. * 4–5 years of experience in construction projects. * Experience in: building retrofitting, fabrication and erection of steel structures, and planning, costing, and valuation. * Experience working for service-intensive companies (managing multiple concurrent projects). * Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and AutoCAD. * Knowledge of Lean Construction, Last Planner System, and S-Curves. * Willingness to work across various districts of Lima (Ate, Central Lima, Northern Lima). * Availability for extended hours and overtime as required by project demands. **KEY COMPETENCIES:** * Strong on-site execution capability. * Effective problem-solving under pressure. * Planning, organization, and control. * Accountability for meeting deadlines and cost targets. **KPIs:** * Schedule adherence ≥ 95% * Cost variance ≤ 5% **LOCATION:** Lima \| **WORK MODE:** On-site Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.3,800\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
