Management and supervision of building projects **Join Monte Grande Engineering and Construction!** We are looking for a Civil Engineer with experience in cost estimation and budgeting to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting project management and supervision, as well as closely collaborating with engineering and architectural teams. Responsibilities: * In charge of the assigned project. * Field data collection. * Quantity takeoffs for architecture, structural, and MEP disciplines. * Assist in project budgeting and cost management. * Preparation of unit price analysis. * Quotations for materials, finishes, and MEP specialties. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 1–2 years of experience in cost estimation and budgeting for building projects. * Advanced knowledge of quantity takeoffs and software such as S10 and MS Project. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to effectively solve problems. * Familiarity with local regulations and standards. * Preparation of supplier comparative tables. * Submission of project valuations.
