Join RUMI! **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 4 years of experience using SAP Business One, with proficiency in modules including Inventory, Purchasing, Sales, and Warehouse Management System (WMS). (Mandatory) * Minimum 4 years of experience as Logistics Coordinator / Logistics Manager / Logistics Supervisor. * Experience in construction companies * Proficiency in Kardex, inventory control, and stock control * Advanced Excel skills and operational reporting * Experience managing suppliers **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan and manage timely procurement of materials, equipment, machinery, and services for the company. * Develop and implement supplier qualification processes. * Manage and supervise locally executed purchases, as well as coordinate respective payment scheduling. * Prepare an effective logistics and procurement budget for resources. * Coordinate with various construction site departments to prioritize their requirements. * Collaborate with the Site Administrator on purchases to be executed. * Ensure contracts signed with service providers are appropriate in terms of effectiveness and procedural protection. * Supervise physical inventories and warehouses. * Generate logistics reports for management and propose improvement plans. * Supervise and manage the registration of orders, material receipts, and material dispatches in SAP. * Monitor and control costs and billing within the logistics department.
