We seek a professional with **proven experience in production**, solid knowledge of construction processes, and a proactive approach to ensure compliance with project technical and regulatory standards. **Requirements** * Valid professional license. * Minimum 3 years of certified field experience, preferably in industrial warehouses. * Knowledge of Peruvian Technical Standards. * Proficiency in Project, S10, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D. **Responsibilities:** * Verify that civil works execution complies with required quality standards and technical specifications. * Inspect fieldwork. * Monitor and control daily progress. * Conduct on-site coordination. * Prepare lookahead schedules, weekly plans, and material requisitions. * Request concrete estimates and orders. * Prepare weekly construction reports. * Ability to work under pressure. * Problem-solving ability. * Adaptability and leadership skills.
