Immediate availability and opportunity for professional growth! **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical professional in civil design, construction, and/or building projects. * Two years of experience in similar positions. * Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D. * Experience in platform, access, PAD, and channel design. * Knowledge of regulations, standards, and CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) design. * Familiarity with BIM methodology. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Development of 3D modeling solutions for earthworks and preparation of drawings for leveling projects, pipelines, access roads, structures, foundations, and civil works in general. * Preparation and development of technical documentation specific to the area (drawings, quantity take-offs, specifications, data sheets, etc.). * Coordination with specialists to ensure drawing compatibility throughout project development. **COMPETENCIES:** * Effective communication, proactive attitude, positive mindset. * Ability to take on challenges and propose solutions. * Capacity to lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate effectively. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
