Position Summary: We are seeking a committed Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist focused on safety and health to supervise compliance with SSOMA standards on projects. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership, effective communication, and proactivity At Kapac Servicios Generales, we are looking for an Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist committed to occupational safety and health to supervise compliance with SSOMA standards across our projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Deliver inductions, daily safety talks, and occupational safety and health training to personnel. * Conduct on-site supervision of SSOMA regulation compliance, verifying correct use of PPE, Safe Work Permits (ATS), work permits, and other safety controls. * Inspect, verify, and authorize scaffolding, ensuring compliance with safety standards and proper signage. * Manage and maintain up-to-date SSOMA documentation and records generated on site. * Execute the established inspection and training program for projects. * Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, providing initial response, collecting evidence, and reporting information to the SSOMA Manager. * Prepare periodic safety reports and follow up on corrective actions. * Request required PPE according to activity and promote personnel adherence to preventive measures. **Requirements** * Technical or university graduate in Occupational Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist, SSOMA specialist, or in similar roles within construction, maintenance, or finishing projects. * Proven experience in scaffolding supervision, inspection, and authorization. (Mandatory). * Knowledge of Law No. 29783, its regulations, and current occupational safety and health legislation. * Experience in developing and reviewing ATS, IPERC, work permits, checklists, and incident/accident investigations. * Knowledge of high-risk activities, especially work at height. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level). * Proactivity, leadership, effective communication, and ability to work on-site. **Position Conditions** * Work modality: On-site * Location: Lima * Contract type: Payroll from day one * Benefits: All statutory benefits **Key Competencies** * Leadership and teamwork * Effective communication * Prevention-oriented mindset and continuous improvement * Analytical and problem-solving skills Job Type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment
