We are currently seeking top talent for the Store Security position, with or without experience, in Gamarra and Lima Center. **Where would you be located?** \- Store 1: Gamarra: Prolongación Gamarra N°650, La Victoria\-Lima \- Store 2: Andahuaylas: Jr. Andahuaylas N°719, Cercado De Lima\-Lima **What benefits do we offer?** * Market-competitive compensation: S/1130 * Mobility bonus. * Formal payroll enrollment from day one. * Career path. * Continuous training * Immediate hiring **What do you need to apply?** * Experience in security or customer service * Completed secondary education * Excellent customer service skills * Proactive attitude * Availability to work full-time Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (48 hours per week), including a 2-hour daily break and 2 days off per week * Residence near La Victoria, Cercado, El Agustino, Breña, Santa Anita, San Juan de Lurigancho, or neighboring districts **What are your main responsibilities?** * Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring all visitors feel safe and welcome in the store. * Safeguard store merchandise and personnel. * Implement preventive measures against shoplifting. * Comply with company policies and regulations. * Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor (e.g., warehouse support, facility maintenance and cleaning).
