Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Waiter/Waitress for customer service, order taking, food and beverage service, and maintaining dining area order — with emphasis on excellent customer interaction and teamwork. We are currently looking for a Waiter/Waitress for our branch in Surco. **Work Location:** Santiago de Surco / San Borja **Working Hours:** 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Surco) and 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. (San Borja) **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in prestigious cafés and/or restaurants. * Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and strong customer service orientation. * Good memory capacity to learn the menu and advise customers. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Familiarity with Inforest software. * Respectful behavior and effective communication with colleagues and supervisors. * Proactivity and responsibility. **Important:** * Please submit an updated CV including a recent photo and professional references. **Responsibilities:** * Providing customer service in the dining area. * Taking orders and advising customers based on the menu. * Serving food and beverages. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. * Assisting with tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * General labor regime (full vacation entitlement, biannual bonuses, and CTS). * Timely payments (mid-month and end-of-month). * Individual tips. * Meal coverage.
