Today, we operate in 7 Latin American countries, with offices in China and India. What is the main objective of this role? To coordinate and optimize departmental resources, ensuring service-level agreement compliance and minimizing operational risks. What will you do on a day-to-day basis? * Lead the Infrastructure team, ensuring proper management of incidents, requests, and problems. * Guarantee IT operational continuity and stability of critical systems. * Manage infrastructure risks, security, vulnerabilities, and audits. * Monitor and optimize software licensing and operational cost processes. * Define technology renewal strategies and continuous improvement. What qualifications do you need to apply? * Professional degree in technology-related fields (Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications). * Minimum 4 years of experience in technological infrastructure management (mandatory). * Intermediate knowledge of infrastructure (servers and networking) and technology (mandatory). * Availability to work onsite in San Isidro (mandatory).
