If you are interested in growing within dynamic environments, interacting with people, and experiencing a challenging work environment, this is your opportunity. **What will be your role?** You will be responsible for delivering a positive experience to our customers by accompanying them during their visit and ensuring fast, friendly, and high-quality service. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service and guidance within the facilities. * Support the organization and execution of activities and group dynamics. * Resolve inquiries and channel requests promptly. * Ensure order and proper functioning of the premises. * Support various departments as required by operational needs. **Requirements:** * Graduates or students in the final cycles of Psychology, Communications, or related fields. **(Mandatory)** * Full availability to work rotating shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week. * Strong communication skills, empathy, and interpersonal abilities. * Proactivity, responsibility, and ability to work effectively in a team. **We offer:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Salary: S/ 1,400\. * Opportunity for learning and development in a dynamic environment. * Excellent workplace climate.
