In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fisheries—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Support invoice dispatch to customers via portals, email, or other means. * Verify basic information prior to dispatch (customer data, attachments). * Record dispatch evidence (emails, portals, confirmations). * Support tracking of dispatched invoices. * Report incidents (rejections, errors) to the responsible analyst. * Support organization and document control related to billing. * Comply with established guidelines and SLAs for the process. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * Graduates in Accounting, Business Administration/International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields—University or Technical degree. * One year of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of invoice dispatch via portals. * Organized and patient. * Compliance with the Internal Regulations, Code of Integrity, and Company Compliance policies. * Support adherence to defined billing and dispatch processes. * Maintain confidentiality of information. * Ensure accurate recording and orderly management of documentation. **Additional Information** * Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits. * FOLA insurance. * Positive work environment. * Access to corporate benefits.
