The Young Men's Christian Association of Peru **(YMCA Peru)** is seeking top talent to fill the position of: **PROGRAM ASSISTANT.** **FUNCTIONS:** * Provide support for program activities and events. * Assist with recordings, audio management, and technical equipment setup. * Support audiovisual content editing. * Interact with children and adolescents, fostering an educational and recreational environment. * Collaborate with the team to achieve program objectives. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Student or graduate in Communications / Audiovisual Studies. * Basic knowledge of audio handling, equipment connection, recording, and simple content editing. * Prior experience performing similar duties. * Strong interpersonal skills with children and adolescents. * Availability to work in Surco. * Availability to work Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/1200.00 * Formal payroll registration from day one. * Pleasant work environment.
