Job Summary: This role involves overseeing and maintaining the Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing SSOMA training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS). 2. Field supervision of activities to ensure compliance with SSOMA standards. 3. Training and awareness-raising on Occupational Safety and Health topics. **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate, bachelor's degree holder, or professional title in Occupational Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience as an SSOMA Supervisor or SSOMA Analyst, counted from graduation. * Experience in mining, construction, or industrial sectors (experience in airport-related activities is desirable). * Specialization or courses in Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 37001 and/or ISO 31000\). * Certification as a Trinorma Auditor or Lead Auditor (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001\). * Diploma, master's degree, or specialized course in Occupational Safety and Health (minimum 100 hours). * Certifications for high-risk work (e.g., working at heights, hot work, electrical hazards, confined spaces, etc.), with a minimum of 8 hours per course. * Knowledge and interpretation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 37001\ standards. * Knowledge of electrical work and communications. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (mandatory). * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Availability to work on-site in Callao. **FUNCTIONS** * Monitor compliance with and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS). * Support implementation and updating of safe work procedures. * Supervise field activities, ensuring compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental standards. * Track action plans arising from incidents, accidents, and inspections. * Deliver SSOMA-related training and awareness sessions. * Conduct five-minute safety talks prior to commencement of work. * Manage request, distribution, and proper use control of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Prepare SSOMA technical reports, documentation, and records. * Maintain up-to-date physical and digital documentation of the Integrated Management System. * Conduct scheduled and unscheduled inspections to verify safe conditions and behaviors. **BENEFITS** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Labor benefits under the Microenterprise Regime. * Pleasant working environment. * Ongoing training opportunities. * Integration meetings. * Career development and advancement opportunities.
