Position Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to supervise the receipt and dispatch of goods, manage inventories, and ensure regulatory compliance in the mining sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead warehouse and inventory management in the mining sector 2. Ensure regulatory and safety compliance in receiving and dispatching 3. Implement and develop KPIs for warehouse efficiency A mining services company is currently seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of **WAREHOUSE MANAGER** at our offices in Lima – La Victoria. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of warehouse and inventory management (in mining) * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within the mining industry * Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday and undertake occasional travel to mining units. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise the entry of goods into the system. * Verify that materials entering and leaving the warehouse comply with documentation requirements stipulated by Peruvian regulations. * Maintain, protect, and safeguard stock and warehouses, adhering to safety standards and procedures for material receipt and collection. * Conduct periodic warehouse inventories. * Schedule, coordinate, and ensure transportation providers meet agreed service deadlines until final acceptance. * Prepare semi-annual reports on obsolete materials and propose final disposition strategies to the immediate supervisor. * Implement, develop, and meet KPIs for the transit warehouse. * Keep warehouse area management system procedures, manuals, and other documents up to date. *"We are committed to equal opportunity and non-discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, marital status, maternity, or any other personal condition."* Salary: S/.7,000\.00 \- S/.9,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your availability to start work? * Please indicate your salary expectation. * Do you have experience in mining?
