Participation in high-impact projects. **Job Description:** At GAMT, we are an engineering firm specializing in advanced solutions for rotating equipment, structural analysis, predictive maintenance, and condition monitoring. We seek final-year students and recent graduates passionate about technology and innovation to join our technical team. **Main Responsibilities** * Prospect and develop new business opportunities in the mining, industrial, manufacturing, fishing, and hydroelectric sectors. * Conduct commercial visits to identify client needs and present predictive maintenance and asset reliability solutions. * Manage the end-to-end sales process: quotation, negotiation, follow-up, and deal closure. * Build strategic relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term growth opportunities. * Coordinate with the engineering team to develop technical and commercial proposals. * Achieve sales targets and contribute to positioning the company’s technological solutions. **Requirements** * Graduates or bachelor’s degree holders in Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or industrial services for the mining, industrial, manufacturing, fishing, and hydroelectric sectors (preferred). * Willingness to travel nationwide for commercial visits. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and results-oriented skills. * Proactivity, initiative, and ability to build long-term commercial relationships. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (preferred). **What We Offer** * Market-competitive salary. * Opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization. * Continuous training on technological solutions for the industry. * Participation in high-impact projects across the mining, industrial, manufacturing, fishing, and hydroelectric sectors. * Covered lunch on office attendance days. * Excellent work environment and teamwork.
