Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Assistant to support campaigns, social media, and content creation in the healthcare sector. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads. 2. Support the planning and execution of the content calendar. 3. Identify trends and propose new content ideas. At **Clínica San Sebastián**, we are looking for a **Digital Marketing Assistant** to join our team and support campaign management, social media, and content creation. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage, optimize, and monitor campaigns on **Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads**. * Support the planning and execution of the **content calendar**, in coordination with the Marketing department. * Manage and schedule content for **Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok**. * Review metrics and prepare performance reports for digital campaigns. * Identify trends and propose new, healthcare-sector-appropriate content ideas. * Provide support for campaigns, activations, and other Marketing department activities. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in **Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields**. * Knowledge of and/or experience with **Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads**. * Social media management and content planning skills. * Understanding of digital campaign metrics and analytics. * Creativity, organization, initiative, and ability to work in a team. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in the **healthcare sector**, clinics, medical centers, or related industries. * Experience in **video editing for Reels and TikTok**. * Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, Photoshop**, or other editing and design tools. * Familiarity with social media content trends and formats. **About Us** **Clínica San Sebastián** is a specialized clinic in orthopedics and rehabilitation, committed to delivering close, high-quality care to our patients.
