Continuous training At **CARESNY SAC**, a company dedicated to comprehensive solid waste management (hazardous and non-hazardous), we are currently seeking an **Operations Assistant** to join our team. We are looking for an organized, proactive individual with strong teamwork skills, goal-oriented, and capable of monitoring daily operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, schedule, and monitor operations and services. * Coordinate with clients, operational staff, and suppliers. * Supervise proper execution of services. * Manage operational documentation (guides, manifests, checklists, IPERC, reports, etc.). * Prepare management reports and performance indicators. * Control materials, equipment, and inventories. * Maintain updated client records and platforms. * Supervise appropriate use of PPE by staff. * Monitor drivers and assistants during service delivery. * Support onboarding and training of new staff. * Assist in continuous improvement of operational processes. **Requirements** * Graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, or final-cycle student in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **6 months** experience in similar positions (preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Strong organizational and planning skills. * Good communication and teamwork abilities. * Proactivity and sense of responsibility. **We Offer** * Market-competitive salary. * Opportunity for professional growth. * Excellent work environment. * Continuous training. * Formal employment registration (according to company policy). **Are you interested in joining our team?** Send us your CV or contact us at **989 994 348** for more information about this vacancy. **We look forward to hearing from you!** Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,300\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
