Development of new models and methodologies in the export flow **Date:** Jun 10, 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Plan and strategically manage BAU operations and identified value-adding projects within this role—or those assigned by the Export and Intercompany Management—with a focus on qualitative and quantitative efficiencies and a financial perspective, all aligned with business objectives and the service level expected by end customers. **What will you do in your role?** * Responsible manager ensuring logistical execution of foreign trade operations for the business and Supply teams (BAU operations, OGSM, projects). * Ensure the operational logistics plan is executed properly in terms of timing, quantity, and quality, achieving the company’s expected service level. * Coordinate internally with planning, transportation, quality, and commercial departments to fulfill the export shipment plan according to stock availability. * Manage space/availability with shipping lines and international transport companies, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon costs. * Guarantee export management control through KPIs, ensuring achievement of key area indicators (e.g., OTIF, USD/TM, cost variance, timely document submission, etc.). * Propose and develop new work models or methodologies in the export flow. * Supplier management (participation in tenders, negotiations, and monitoring of credit terms). * Prepare the annual budget for international physical distribution. * Ensure correct allocation of export expenses. * Continuously direct and evaluate the performance of team members reporting to you. **What do we need from you?** * University degree: Administration, International Business, or Industrial Engineering. * Additional studies: Supply Chain, Lean Six Sigma, Business Intelligence, or Business Analytics. * ERP system proficiency (SAP, Oracle, or similar). * Advanced Office suite skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). * Five years of experience in similar roles related to Foreign Trade, plus three years leading teams. * Preferred: Familiarity with systems such as VUCE, SUNAT, or logistics portals. * Negotiation skills and expertise in international shipping routes
