




Position Summary: A professional to efficiently lead and supervise administrative, human resources, and logistics management, ensuring compliance with policies and effective resource administration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise administrative, HR, and logistics management. 2. Manage resources and processes, including recruitment and workplace climate. 3. Advise on HR management policies and programs. We are a business group dedicated to the extraction, refining, marketing, processing, refining, and production of precious metals—particularly gold and silver. We add value to raw materials through the manufacturing of metal-derived products such as silver nitrate and silver chloride, among other halides, according to the requirements of our valued customers. Primary Function: Efficiently lead, supervise, and control administrative, HR, and logistics management. Responsibilities: \- Lead, supervise, and efficiently control administrative management, human talent management, and logistics operations of the Company and of companies receiving BackOffice services, in accordance with the Organization’s general directives and policies. \- Administer the Company’s resources and processes related to management, control, indicators, recruitment; implement motivational programs; ensure a positive workplace climate; and provide necessary support to various departments. \- Lead and administratively manage logistics within the Company. \- Review and prepare the annual budget for the department, carrying out quarterly projections and year-end closing to monitor the Company’s profitability. \- Conduct periodic cash counts of petty cash funds and funds assigned to each UM. \- Conduct scheduled and/or unannounced audits across all units, including the BackOffice. \- Coordinate execution of operational activities at the mine, being responsible for requests, notices, and coordination with other Company departments. \- Visit mining units to audit administrative processes, personnel management, and documentation. \- Monitor and track employment contracts, service contracts, and procurement contracts. \- Supervise maintenance of Company buildings, equipment, and facilities per the established program, as well as ongoing facility cleanliness. \- Advise senior management and other organizational areas on HR management policies, regulations, standards, practices, projects, plans, and programs, as well as labor relations. \- Lead, control, and manage all activities related to personnel administration. \- Evaluate employee performance. Ensure calculation of social benefit provisions for employees. Requirements: \- Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. \- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration, logistics, and HR. \- Specialized courses or MBA (desirable). \- Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills. \- Teamwork orientation.
