Teamwork in a positive work environment Founded in 2018, VV Pave S.A.C. is a civil engineering consulting firm specializing in pavement management, with operations in Peru and recently expanded into Chile. Due to the company's growth, we are seeking individuals with vision, passion, and ambition to grow alongside us: **Eligible Majors:** Administration, Industrial Engineering and/or Logistics **Responsibilities:** **Logistics:** · Coordination with suppliers and internal departments for spare parts procurement. · Control and recording of vehicle and equipment entry and exit. · Warehouse organization and control. · Monitoring and control of vehicles via GPS Tracklink. · Documentation of equipment observations. **Administrative:** · Expense reporting for maintenance and field projects. · Preparation of daily attendance records for field personnel. · Management and control of documentation (digital and physical). · Issuance and tracking of purchase orders. · Support in other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** · Final-year student or Bachelor’s degree candidate in Administration, Industrial Engineering and/or Logistics · Male **Experience:** · Minimum 6 months of experience in similar roles · Intermediate-level Excel proficiency · Knowledge of export and import procedures **Skills and Strengths:** · Active listening and active communication · Organization and planning · Teamwork capability Benefits: .
