As a **Logistics Administrative Assistant**, you will perform all administrative functions relevant to a high-performance distribution center, with the objective of coordinating, managing, and optimizing logistics activities—both for your role and for the assigned department. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules for materials, ensuring adherence to timelines and customer requirements. * Manage inbound and outbound goods and inventory control, including identification of critical stock, ABC classification, and system entries via RF. * Supervise container receipt, documentary validation, container opening, unloading, and release of operational tasks. * Plan storage processes (Put Away) and manage special operations such as cross-docking, urgent receipts, imports, and domestic purchases. * Administer logistics documentation (B/L, waybills, receipt orders, POs, PODs, OCs), ensuring traceability and contractual compliance. * Prepare, update, and submit daily operational reports to the client and operations team. * Support operational continuity through label management, document support, user administration, system data maintenance, and control of operational supplies. * Monitor productivity, KPIs, and process compliance, flagging deviations and promoting efficiency, quality, and adherence to operational standards. **What We Are Looking For** * Completed secondary education, with basic reading, writing, and communication skills. * Basic knowledge of warehousing and distribution processes, and use of PPE. * Basic proficiency in hardware and Microsoft Office tools, with intermediate-level competence in Word and Excel—including email usage. * Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and appropriate handling of public, internal, and confidential information. * Proactive profile with service orientation, teamwork ability, work ethics, adaptability, and capacity to perform under pressure.
