




Position Summary: Manage and control administrative processes at an agricultural farm, coordinating field operations and ensuring order in personnel and resource management. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures compliance with quality standards and agricultural certifications. **Objective:** Manage and control the **administrative processes** of the agricultural export farm, ensuring orderly handling of personnel, resources, costs, and reporting, in coordination with field operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Administrative control of the farm (expenses, budgets, purchases, and inventories). * Support in drafting, controlling, and archiving contracts, licenses, and other administrative documents. * Administrative supervision of field personnel (attendance, compliance with regulations). * Preparation of administrative and management reports. * Coordination with the technical department to ensure adherence to the agricultural schedule. * Inventory control and proper use of inputs, tools, and equipment. * Support in logistical coordination of harvest and dispatch. * Coordination with responsible departments for the export process. * Supervision of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and compliance with quality, food safety, and agricultural certification standards. * Verification of compliance with labor and safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Administration, Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3–4 years of experience in agricultural or agro-industrial administration. * Knowledge of agricultural law. * Knowledge of export procedures. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Experience managing operational staff. * Willingness to work on-site at the agricultural farm in Pisco; preferably residing in Pisco. **Competencies:** * Organized, responsible, and proactive individual. * Planning and control capabilities. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Results-oriented. **Benefits:** * Enrollment in the General Payroll System from the first day of employment.
