We seek an organized, responsible individual interested in professional development within the logistics sector. **JOB MISSION** To timely and systematically execute **billing, payment recording, and procurement control processes**, ensuring reliable information for supervision and management, thereby contributing to the company’s financial order and proper cash flow. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Issuance and delivery of payment receipts to clients via the ERP system. * Recording and validation of payments received from clients (bank transfers, deposits, etc.). * Execution of payments to suppliers without credit terms, according to approved schedules. * Recording of direct purchases and services related to operations. * Basic review of service orders to ensure accurate billing. * Preparation and updating of billing and payments control dashboards. * Handling basic client inquiries regarding billing and payments. * Operational support to the administrative department and reporting of incidents to supervision. **REQUIREMENTS** * Final-year students or graduates in **Administration, Accounting, International Business, or related fields**. * Minimum **6 months of experience** in pre-professional internships or similar positions. * Basic/intermediate proficiency in **Excel** (data entry and control dashboards). * Prior experience in **service, logistics, or foreign trade companies** is desirable. * Organization, responsibility, and ability to meet deadlines. * Availability for **in-person work in Lince**. **BENEFITS** * Initial contract under **Honorarium Receipt (RH) for the first 3 months**. * Transition to **payroll starting in the 4th month**, subject to performance evaluation. * Continuous training in administrative and financial processes within the logistics sector. * Learning and growth path based on performance. * Positive work environment and departmental support.
