Promote human talent development and operational efficiency **Grupo Rubber is seeking a Business Administrator, aged no more than 45 years, with solid expertise in administrative and accounting functions, to join our team.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Direct and supervise the company’s administrative, accounting, and financial management. * Coordinate with **procurement, logistics, and sales** departments to ensure objective achievement. * Prepare management reports and present key performance indicators to General Management. * Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and labor obligations. * Lead the administrative team, promoting human talent development and operational efficiency. **Requirements:** * University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of managerial experience, preferably in food import or fast-moving consumer goods companies. * Solid knowledge of financial and tax management. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. * Leadership skills, analytical capability, results orientation, and strategic decision-making ability. **Benefits:** * Join an established MYPE (Micro and Small Enterprise). * Formal payroll registration. * Salary: 2300 soles.
