




Position Summary: We are seeking a Projects Coordinator to ensure production continuity through logistical, administrative, and operational monitoring in mining projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage comprehensive tracking of malfunctioning machinery and equipment. 2. Coordinate timely supply of spare parts and materials. 3. Supervise operational and safety conditions in the field. **LOGISMINSA**, a mining logistics company dedicated to storage and dispatch of mineral concentrate, is seeking a **Projects Coordinator** to join our team. **Mission:** Ensure continuity of project production lines by actively, on-site, and documented monitoring of logistical, administrative, and operational processes within the Projects Department, guaranteeing rapid response for machinery, units, materials, personnel, and resources, in constant coordination with the Production, Maintenance, Logistics, and other support engineers. **Responsibilities:** * **Manage and conduct comprehensive tracking of malfunctioning machinery and equipment**, coordinating with Maintenance on repair status, diagnostics, response times, and ensuring prompt return to operation, escalating unjustified delays. * **Prepare, review, and update** project budgets. * **Coordinate and supervise timely supply of spare parts and materials for the Projects Department**, generating requisitions in the system, tracking with Logistics until purchase and dispatch, and verifying field receipt for conformity and adherence to established deadlines. * **Control and validate administrative management of site personnel**, including daily time sheets, overtime hours, leave requests, and attendance records, identifying inconsistencies and coordinating with Production and Administration for resolution. * **Supervise operational and safety conditions in the field**, verifying proper use of PPE, managing replenishments, and identifying constraints that may affect production continuity. * **Provide ongoing support to the Production Engineer**, ensuring efficient control of resources, personnel, and equipment, and preventing stoppages caused by logistical or administrative issues. **Requirements:** * Technical and/or university graduate in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in coordination, logistics, operations, or administrative monitoring roles in construction sites or projects. * Proficiency in Excel and other software. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm; Saturdays, 7am to 1pm **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment under the general labor regime. * 100% covered meals. * 100% covered laundry services. * Profit-sharing participation. * Optional EPS (health insurance) at 50% coverage for the employee.
