Within this context, we are looking for a **Cleaning Operator**, whose primary mission will be to ensure a clean, orderly, and functional work environment, thereby contributing to the team’s well-being and productivity. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks for offices, desks, computer equipment, and common areas, ensuring appropriate and orderly environments. * Carry out waste collection, sorting, and proper disposal, guaranteeing optimal cleanliness and hygiene conditions. * Provide support in access supervision, including temporary replacement of security personnel when necessary, ensuring continuity in entry control. * Assist in administrative procedures (e.g., payment of fees, document management, among others). * Carry out operational tasks and errands, such as procurement of supplies, as well as loading, unloading, and transportation of materials. * Conduct basic inspections of infrastructure and equipment: lighting fixtures, electrical installations, furniture, and other general services. * Coordinate and report technical incidents requiring specialized attention (e.g., air conditioning, electronic equipment, etc.). * Support other operational or administrative activities assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum six months of experience in similar roles (cleaning, maintenance, or general services). * Basic knowledge of maintenance and tool handling. **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary. * Working hours: **Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.** * Dynamic, professional work environment focused on career development. * Professional development training. *Isola Bruce Abogados promotes diversity and equal opportunity.
