Keep your staff informed about procedures for new products and ensure proper compliance therewith. Likewise, guarantee that all communications from the Bank reach your collaborators appropriately. 2. Ensure that your staff are properly trained in the functions they must perform. 3. Continuously evaluate your staff, providing appropriate and timely feedback on their work performance. 4.
