




Position Summary: Supervise voucher recordkeeping, validate tax returns, file tax obligations, analyze accounting accounts, monitor profitability, and generate reports for management. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of recordkeeping and regulatory compliance. 2. Filing of tax returns and fulfillment of tax obligations. 3. Accounting analysis for the preparation of financial statements. * Supervise payment voucher records to verify compliance with the Payment Voucher Regulations and correct assignment of accounting accounts. * Validate and file electronic purchase, sales, and daily journal registers to meet legal requirements. * File PDT 621, PLAME, and PDT 617 to fulfill obligations before SUNAT. * Analyze accounting accounts 14, 16, 17, 18, 33, 37, 40, 41, 42, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 70, 75, 77, and the entire Class 6 to prepare monthly financial statements. * Monitor the profitability schedule per operation conducted to determine operating profit and identify the break-even point, which will be submitted to General Management for decision-making. * Generate a weekly report of pending invoices to be issued and send it to the Operations Department to justify delays in invoicing. * Generate a report of pending bank transaction reconciliations and send it to the Operations Department for supporting documentation. * Evaluation of customers from accounting and financial perspectives.
