We are currently seeking **01** **Construction Buyer** **REQUIREMENTS:** * University graduate or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields. * Experience in international procurement, importation, and supply chains. (Mandatory). * Experience in tenders and subcontractor negotiations. * Experience using ERP systems for procurement. * Basic Mandarin Chinese proficiency or experience working with Chinese suppliers is desirable. * Knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs procedures, and logistics processes. * Advanced English and Excel skills (Mandatory). * Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement. * Availability to work in San Isidro. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate the importation process from requisition through final delivery. * Manage procurement in global markets, importation, and international logistics. * Manage procurement of construction materials, equipment, and related project services. * Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery timelines. * Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. * Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely supply and optimal inventory levels. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations for purchased materials. * Monitor and report costs associated with procurement activities. * Manage contracts and purchase orders, ensuring adherence to agreed terms.
