JOB DESCRIPTION A prominent company in the logistics and transportation sector is seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of Procurement Coordinator, with the following responsibilities: * Lead acquisition, negotiation, and qualification of transportation and last-mile delivery providers. * Design and negotiate rates with suppliers to ensure operational profitability and competitiveness. * Monitor supplier performance using KPIs to ensure compliance with quality and service standards. * Coordinate supplier assignment to various logistics services based on daily demand. * Lead and manage supplier acquisition and planning teams to ensure operational efficiency. * Evaluate suppliers' technical and operational capabilities (fleet, coverage, technology). * Participate in designing logistics solutions for new customers. * Ensure strategic supplier retention and development. * Coordinate with internal departments (operations, commercial, back office) to ensure service continuity. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Advanced-level Excel proficiency (preferred). Intermediate-level SAP proficiency (preferred). Logistics-related course and/or specialization (preferred). 2 years of experience in this role or performing similar functions. 3 years of experience in procurement, distribution, and/or international trade (preferred)
