**I**mportant company is seeking a General Manager. **Requirements** * Professional degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions or administrative leadership roles. * Solid knowledge of administrative, financial and operational management. * Knowledge of logistics, procurement and inventory control. * Experience in personnel management and team leadership. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of management indicators (KPIs). * Ability to work under pressure and meet objectives. * Availability to work on-site in Nazca. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the company’s administrative and operational activities. * Manage human, financial and material resources. * Prepare, execute and monitor the overall budget. * Supervise logistics, procurement and general services processes. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and current regulations. * Coordinate with suppliers, clients and external entities. * Prepare management reports for management and/or executive leadership. * Propose and implement improvements in administrative and operational processes. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * Full payroll registration Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.5,000.00 \- S/.7,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
