




Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager with experience in the sector to supervise and coordinate maintenance, train personnel, and optimize resources and processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the supervision and coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance. 2. Develop and implement operational plans to optimize resources and quality. 3. Supervise procurement, storage, inventory, and distribution processes. Due to our ambitious continuous improvement plan, we are seeking an **OPERATIONS MANAGER** with sector experience and leadership vision. **What will be your key challenges and responsibilities?** * Supervise and coordinate daily preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment. * Supervise and train maintenance personnel (electrical, welding, and general services), conducting operational performance analyses to identify improvement opportunities. * Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to optimize resource utilization, product marketing, and distribution—meeting quality standards, optimizing costs, and improving operational efficiency. * Supervise procurement, storage, inventory, warehouse management, and product distribution processes, ensuring process effectiveness. **What is the ideal profile for this position?** * Technical or university graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of operations management experience, preferably in the steel industry or industrial products sector, supervising and coordinating teams. * Availability to work in Callao: Monday to Friday, 8:15 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 8:30 am to 12:45 pm. **What do we offer to grow with us?** * Base salary above market level. * Full statutory benefits from day one (July and December bonuses, CTS, vacation, SCTR, EsSalud, free uniforms, family allowance, etc.). * Renewable contract based on performance. * Bi-weekly and timely payments. * Mandatory Life Insurance for employee and beneficiaries. * Continuous training. * Career path within a leading company in the industry. * Occupational safety.
