We are currently seeking a **Fin Ops TbM** to join our team in Lima. **Role Purpose** To be responsible for controlling and analyzing the performance results of the company’s various products, ensuring tracking of variances and compliance with operational financial processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor and control product revenues and costs. * Review operational data and ensure accurate and timely billing. * Manage revenue and cost provisions, and analyze PnL variances. * Control costs and validate operational versus financial data. * Analyze and support internal stakeholders on product performance. * Track procurement processes, purchase orders, and GR closings. * Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies. * Identify risks and opportunities for improvement in financial processes. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in operational financial closing, billing, and cost management. * Knowledge of regulations governing payment receipts. * Proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of accounting and finance. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. #LI-EM1 #LI-Hybrid #RPO Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
