**Objective** Collaborate in the **timely and efficient supply** of **raw materials, components, packaging, labels, and consumables**, in accordance with the **production plan**, optimizing costs, lead times, and inventory levels. **Main Responsibilities** * Generate and track purchase requisitions. * Obtain quotations, negotiate, and purchase from local and international suppliers. * Issue and track **purchase orders**. * Collaborate with Production, R\+D, Quality, and Warehouse departments. * Verify compliance with **technical specifications, Certificates of Analysis (COA), and regulatory requirements**. * Identify alternative suppliers and opportunities for **cost savings**. * Prepare basic procurement and supplier performance reports. **Requirements** * Technical or university student in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * 0\-1 years of experience in procurement or supply chain (experience in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or chemical sector is desirable). * Intermediate **Excel** proficiency and experience with procurement/ERP systems (desirable). * Knowledge of inventory management and supplier negotiation.
