Positive work environment **At Nanotec SAC, we are seeking a Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor**, responsible for managing inventory control, product storage and distribution, ensuring operational efficiency. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical and/or university degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouses, or distribution centers. * Proficiency in ERP or inventory management systems. * Intermediate-level Excel skills. * Preferred: Training courses in logistics management, inventory control, or warehouse operations. * High level of organization, responsibility, and operational control. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise goods receipt, storage, and dispatch. * Monitor and maintain up-to-date physical and system (ERP) inventory records. * Manage product traceability (receipt, location, dispatch). * Coordinate import arrivals and verify documentation. * Prepare stock, turnover, and replenishment requirement reports. * Coordinate product distribution and delivery. * Ensure proper product storage and preservation. * Conduct periodic inventories and reconciliations. * Monitor incoming and outgoing goods using documentation and system records. * Coordinate with administration/purchasing for timely replenishment. * Supervise warehouse order, cleanliness, and organization. * Identify stockouts or overstock situations and report them promptly. **WE OFFER:** * On-site work mode * Market-competitive remuneration * Positive work environment * Growth opportunity Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in this position?
