The purpose of this role is to ensure operational efficiency in the merchandise flow, from procurement to final dispatch. **Minimum Requirements:** * **Education:** Currently pursuing or completed technical or university studies in Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months of verifiable experience in similar roles within logistics or warehouse departments. * **Knowledge:** Inventory management and stock control. * **Tools:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel at intermediate level). **Main Responsibilities:** * Rigorously track scheduled orders and deliveries. * Verify proper procurement and ensure appropriate product rotation (FEFO/FIFO). * Manage procurement, supply, and supplier pickup operations. * Monitor quantity, quality, and labeling of products in the production area. * Organize and validate products according to the requirements list prior to shipment to stores. * Supervise transportation and distribution operations, resolving incidents en route. * Conduct inventory counts for warehouse inbound and outbound movements, reporting any discrepancies or shortages to immediate supervisors. **Benefits and Conditions:** * **Employment Type:** Formal employment under the General Regime with all statutory benefits. * **Compensation:** Market-competitive salary. * **Work Environment:** Excellent working environment and professional development opportunities. * **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. * Saturdays: Twice per month, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
