




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional Logistics Intern to gain experience in a dynamic company, participating in procurement processes, supplier management, and administrative support. This position offers the opportunity to participate in procurement of goods and services, supplier management, and administrative support as part of your professional training. **Requirements:** **Education:** University and/or institute graduate **Basic education field:** International Business Administration, Administration, or related fields **Experience:** Six months of internship experience (minimum) **Competencies:** * Responsible * Proactive * Stress tolerance * Persevering * Teamwork * Organized * Communication **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Issue purchase orders to factories in SAP Business One. 2\. Register invoices in SAP once the supplier notifies that the goods are ready for dispatch. 3\. Track supplier claims. 4\. Prepare DHL and FedEx labels for goods pickup. 5\. Review goods arrival notices received at the contracted warehouse (complete goods, manufacturing date, expiration date, etc.). 6\. Perform other tasks assigned by the Procurement Coordinator and Head.
