Experience in retail, logistics, and team management. **Job Description** ---------------------- Lead store logistics (supply chain) teams through planning and supervision of resources and executed activities. 1\. Manage and supervise the proper execution of receiving, processing, and dispatching operations for 1P, 3P, and in-store orders, maintaining quality standards, lead times, and customer satisfaction. 2\. Plan shift distribution and assign tasks to team members to ensure coverage according to demand and maintain productivity standards. 3\. Ensure compliance with store-level logistics KPIs, keep staff motivated, and effectively resolve any service deficiencies. 4\. Manage reverse logistics related to assets, logistics materials, returns, transfers, technical service, etc. 5\. Analyze reports and processes to recommend improvement actions to the logistics management team for regular seasons as well as campaigns/cyber events. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Completed technical or university studies (or final cycles) in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience managing work teams as a Supervisor or Manager (preferred). * Minimum one year of prior experience in Operations and Logistics. * Prior experience in retail or mass consumer goods. * Availability to work on-site under rotating shifts. * Availability to work under a 6x1 schedule. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (mandatory). * Leadership, communication across all levels, assertiveness, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
