




MAIN FUNCTION: Plan, organize, and execute corrective and preventive maintenance plans for equipment, facilities, and the company’s general infrastructure. SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS: ● Lead and train the maintenance team. ● Develop, implement, and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans. ● Monitor expenses and control the maintenance budget. ● Manage the correction and repair of equipment and machinery requested by company departments. ● Maintain records and track activities performed (working hours) by supervised personnel. ● Address and manage procurement requests and service requirements (external work) submitted by supervised staff and general users. ● Implement KPIs for the area led. ● Manage supplier sourcing and external company services for repairing specialized equipment. ● Develop maintenance procedures and ensure their implementation. ● Keep the maintenance department’s automated information system up to date. ● Manage director-level approvals for procurement and external service contracts. ● Propose training activities for staff. ● Review daily reports submitted by the supervised team. ● Lead and coordinate maintenance for all equipment comprising the company’s infrastructure. ● Ensure compliance with health and safety policies. Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar positions. Specialization in Industrial Electrical Equipment Maintenance (desirable). Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: S/.5,000.00 – S/.7,000.00 per month. Work Location: On-site employment.
