





At BEIK, we are growing and seeking to hire a person to help us organize and support daily operations—primarily in logistics, warehousing, and inventory—and provide operational-administrative support as needed. We operate from three locations: * Food production workshop (Surquillo). * Cafeteria (Barranco). * Sales point at bus station (La Victoria). Production takes place at the workshop and is distributed to the other locations. We already have a person responsible for transportation; this position focuses on coordination, control, and monitoring of operations. Key responsibilities: * Inventory and warehouse control and organization across all locations. * Coordination of shipments between the workshop and sales points. * Stock tracking, stockouts, and restocking. * Recording and managing operational data in Restaurant.pe and Excel. * Support in procurement, recording, and controlling supplies. * Operational-administrative support as required. * Ongoing communication with production, stores, and transportation teams. Candidate profile: * Experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, or administrative support. * Basic to intermediate Excel skills (data entry, simple controls). * Prior experience with Restaurant.pe or similar restaurant management systems is desirable but not mandatory. * Organized, responsible, and solution-oriented individual. * Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment. * Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation. * Willingness to travel between locations as needed.
