We seek students with **genuine interest in developing expertise in accounting, tax, and labor consulting**, with direct exposure to the management of companies across diverse sectors and sizes. **Responsibilities** * Accounting recording and analysis for small and medium-sized enterprises. * Classification of purchases, sales, banking, and other transactions. * Comprehensive recording of transactions in accounting software / ERP. * Preparation of monthly tax filings: IGV, Income Tax, PLAME, AFP Net, SIRE, among others. * Support in payroll preparation and issuance of payment receipts. * Preparation of information for tax audits and identification of accounting inconsistencies. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled student in Accounting. * Minimum of **6 months** of experience in similar roles (preferred). * Basic knowledge of accounting. * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Excel**. * Experience or familiarity with **accounting software or ERP systems**. * Analytical ability, organization, and responsibility. * Willingness to work collaboratively and under direct supervision of the Department Head. **Terms and Benefits** * **Full-time** employment. * Financial stipend and statutory benefits. * Office located in **Miraflores**. * Flexible schedule compatible with academic studies. * Real professional experience in accounting consulting. * Opportunity for **career progression** based on performance.
