




Position Summary: Provide operational support in administrative, accounting, and control processes, ensuring timely updates of information in systems. Key Highlights: 1. Support in registering purchase documents and supplier invoices. 2. Support in physical inventory processes and stock reconciliation. 3. Assistance in operational tasks, reporting, and file organization. **Position Objective** Provide operational support to the Administration and Finance Department team in administrative, accounting, and control processes, ensuring timely updates of information in the company’s systems. **Main Responsibilities** * Support in registering purchase documents in the ERP system, verifying correct coding, account assignment, and timely updating of procurement transactions. * Support in registering and tracking supplier payables invoices, verifying supporting documentation, updating obligation statuses, and coordinating with the administrative analyst for payment scheduling. * Provide support in physical inventory processes, participating in counts, stock verification, reconciliation with system records, and updating identified discrepancies. * Assist the administrative and logistics analysts, as well as the procurement specialist, in operational tasks within the area, such as document filing, preparation of basic reports, and updating of databases. * Support in preparing internal control reports, tracking documentation, and organizing physical and digital files of the administrative and finance area. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of professional competence development. **Education and Experience Requirements** * University student in final cycles (8th semester or later for undergraduate programs, or 5th cycle or later for technical programs) or graduate. * Fields of study: Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines (university or technical level). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (pivot tables, basic formulas). * Knowledge of basic accounting processes and transaction recording (desirable but not mandatory). * Proactivity, organization, attention to detail, and learning ability.
