Strategic collaboration with operations to anticipate requirements. **Position Objective** Ensure timely procurement of materials and services for construction projects, optimize costs, guarantee procurement traceability, and prevent operational emergencies through planning and coordination with operations. **Main Responsibilities** 1\. Procurement Management * Receive cost-validated requisitions. * Request a minimum of 3 quotations where applicable. * Prepare supplier comparison charts. * Negotiate prices and terms. * Generate purchase orders. 2\. Supplier Management * Create and maintain a supplier database. * Negotiate framework agreements with recurring suppliers. * Evaluate supplier performance. 3\. Logistics Coordination * Schedule site deliveries. * Coordinate transportation and deliveries. * Track deliveries. 4\. Document Control * Maintain records of: * purchase orders * quotations * comparisons * deliveries * Guarantee traceability for each purchase. 5\. Coordination with Operations * Review construction lookahead schedules. * Anticipate material requirements. * Reduce urgent purchases. 6\. Weekly reporting to management on: * purchases executed * suppliers * cost variances * logistics incidents **Required Profile** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Civil Engineering. * 3–5 years of experience in procurement or logistics within the construction industry.
