DESCRIPTION A leading company in the logistics and transportation sector is seeking a qualified professional for the position of Procurement Coordinator with the following responsibilities: * Lead the sourcing, negotiation, and qualification of transportation and last-mile delivery providers. * Design and negotiate rates with suppliers, ensuring profitability and operational competitiveness. * Supervise supplier performance through KPIs, ensuring compliance with quality and service standards. * Coordinate supplier allocation across various logistics services according to daily demand. * Lead and manage sourcing and planning teams, ensuring operational efficiency. * Evaluate suppliers’ technical and operational capabilities (fleet, coverage, technology). * Participate in designing logistics solutions for new customers. * Ensure strategic supplier retention and development. * Coordinate with internal departments (operations, commercial, back office) to ensure service continuity. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Advanced Excel proficiency (preferred). Intermediate SAP knowledge (preferred). Logistics-related course and/or specialization (preferred). 2 years of experience in this role or performing similar functions. 3 years of experience in procurement, distribution, and/or international trade (preferred)
