Manages procedures with Finance and Internal Control for supplier payments 2. Processes ODP settlements and processes Purchase Orders 3. Executes minor purchases of supplies and materials for operations **FUNCTIONS:** Process ODP settlements. Handle supplier payment procedures with Finance and Internal Control. Process Purchase Orders (POs) with suppliers. Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding advance payments and settlements with goods and services suppliers. Carry out minor purchases (PPEs, uniforms, warehouse stock supplies and materials, commissary items, cleaning materials, etc.). **REQUIREMENTS:** Academic background: University degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; or technical diploma in Administration.
